What is a "flow" class?
Flow, or Vinaysa classes link asanas (yoga poses) with breath. Each movement is made either on an inhale or exhale, creating a smooth, flowing quality, almost like a dance. By synchronizing breath with the poses, the mind becomes focused as the body flows through a moving meditation.
