At Northwest Yoga Studio our mission is to treat everyone special, create a pleasant experience and an atmosphere of community.
We have expert staff to assist you in exercising and opening your body, mind and soul.
We offer several Beginning classes a week for those new to yoga or looking for an easier going class.
For those looking to take their practice to the next level (intermediate), we offer Vinyasa Flow 1&2. Advanced practice coming soon.
Mom's can find a place with us as well, either in our Prenatal Yoga Class or in our Mommy & Me and Kids Yoga Classes (coming soon) where babies and kids join in on the fun!
To mix in a little cardio and lots of fun, we now offer Nia classes as well!
Military, students and Seniors (over 55) are welcomed and encouraged to join our community. We even offer a military/student/senior rate!
