You will be guided through a process that combines yoga and reflective writing to open and balance each center of energy. During each class we will emphasize one chakra by learning yoga poses and writing on topics that relate to the particular chakra.
Chakras are centers of life force energy that correspond to seven points on the physical body. When these points are open and balanced, they freely take in and express life energy. The concept of chakras appeared in Hindu texts around 1500 BCE. This workshop is a journey of discovery and personal growth.
