Sept 14 Anusara Class is the Birthday Celebration
Each month we set aside on Anusara practice to celebrate the birthdays in that month.  In September the Birthday Celebration Practice will be Tuesday September 14 at 7:00PM.  This is an intermediate practice including a number of Sun Salutations equal to one of the birthdays being celebrated.  In September that could be as many as 55....followed by cake and champagne.
